I align strategy, stabilize execution, and restore momentum. Then I build the governance so nothing depends on heroics.

Six real calls, replayed. You decide first. Then see what he did.
Engagement reviews, not war stories. Constraints, stakeholders, tradeoffs, lessons.

Most programs don't fail at the finish line. They fail months earlier, when governance goes soft, stakeholders drift, and no one flags that the baseline has slipped. That's usually when I get the call.
The fix is rarely heroics. It is structure: a baseline someone actually owns, decision rights people can name, escalation that moves faster than the problem. I stand up governance from zero, restore discipline on slipping programs, and turn ambiguous mandates into measurable execution. Increasingly with AI in the delivery path, never as decoration.
Before any of this, I was an Advanced Care Paramedic. Thousands of high-acuity calls taught me the discipline transformation demands: assess quickly, make sound decisions under pressure and uncertainty, and take full ownership of the outcome.
Governance is not paperwork. It is the difference between a program that holds and one that fails quietly.
One more thing, since you've read this far. I learned to care about systems in the back of an ambulance, where a broken process costs more than money. That is still the standard I hold: build the structure people can rely on when it matters most.

Momentum is my product. The same loop, every time: crisis absorbed, governance installed, delivery held, outcome banked.
